Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AppsFruit.com, we provide both physical products (computers, hardware, and related devices) and digital services/software (SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and IT services). This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver our products and services.


1. Delivery of Physical Products (Computers & Hardware)

  • Shipping Locations: We currently deliver within India. International deliveries may be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply).

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on the shipping address and courier services.

  • Shipping Charges: Will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).

  • Tracking: A tracking ID will be provided once the order is shipped.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Delivery of Digital Products & SaaS Services

  • Instant Delivery:

    • Software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and other digital products are usually delivered electronically via email or customer account access within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Custom Services (Web Design, App Development, Digital Marketing):

    • Delivery timelines are project-specific and will be outlined in the service agreement/proposal.

    • Clients must provide necessary inputs (content, approvals, etc.) for timely delivery.


3. Non-Delivery Issues

  • Physical Products: If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number at appsfruit.com@gmail.com.

  • Digital Products/Services: If you do not receive login credentials, license keys, or access links within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately.


4. Risk of Loss & Damage

  • Physical Products: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered by the courier. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

  • Digital Products: Since these are delivered electronically, no physical risk of loss applies.
