At AppsFruit.com, we provide a wide range of products and services including computer sales & services, digital solutions, and SaaS products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

  • Services: Clients may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order or before work has begun. Once service execution has started, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Computer Sales (Hardware/Devices): Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Digital Products & SaaS Subscriptions: Cancellations are only possible before the product license/subscription is activated or delivered.

2. Refunds

  • Services (Web, App, Marketing, Design, IT Support): Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Computer Sales (Hardware/Devices):

    • Refunds are allowed only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.

    • The item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories within 7 days of delivery.

  • Software / SaaS Products:

    • As these are digital licenses/subscriptions, refunds are not available once activated or delivered.

    • Trial/demo versions may be provided (if applicable) before purchase to ensure suitability.

  • Third-Party Services/Products: Payments made for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, software subscriptions, ad credits) are non-refundable.

3. Project Delays & Non-Delivery

  • If a project/service is delayed or cannot be delivered due to our fault, a refund (full or partial) may be considered.

  • If delays are caused by the client (e.g., delayed inputs, missing approvals, or content), no refund will be issued.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

  • Transaction fees, shipping costs, or bank charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
