2. Use of Our Website

3. Payments & Fees

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Services: Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Computer Sales (Hardware/Devices): Refunds/replacements are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Software & SaaS Products: Non-refundable once a license/subscription is activated or delivered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Digital Services/Software/SaaS: Delivered electronically via email, client portal, or account access.

  • Computer Sales (Hardware/Devices): Shipped to the client’s address with estimated timelines provided at checkout. Shipping and handling charges apply.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, code, content, and deliverables created by AppsFruit Media remain our property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client (except third-party materials/tools).

  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., higher sales, SEO rankings, or performance of third-party platforms).

  • Hardware warranties (if applicable) are subject to manufacturer policies.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Some services/products may involve third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms, payment gateways, SaaS vendors).

  • We are not responsible for third-party performance, downtime, or policies.

Both parties agree to keep confidential project, business, or technical information shared during engagement, unless required by law.
